- Any errors in your order need to be reported within 7 working days from the date received. After this time period has elapsed we will not accept discrepancies on the order placed.
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any items to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. Exchanges and/or Refunds will only be granted within this timescale.
- Please provide a copy of the invoice or receipt and covering letter explaining the reason for the return and whether a refund or a replacement is preferred. If you do not provide all of the necessary paperwork then the refund or replacement of your goods may be delayed or not be completed.
- Refunds can only be made to the payment card used to purchase the goods.
- If posting, we recommend that items be sent back to us via recorded or registered delivery. We will not accept responsibility if the parcel is lost or damaged. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
- Postage cost's incurred to return items will only be refunded if an incorrect item has been dispatched us. We will not refund the postage if we supplied what you ordered.
- This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
- Faulty items will be inspected and if deemed to be faulty due to a manufacturing fault, we will credit you for the item to the value when purchased. Due to the nature of Schoolwear and Sport, faulty items will only be considered for inspection within 6 months of purchase. Anything over this time will be dealt with at our discretion.
- We aim to offer you the best service possible, but cannot guarantee that the products and service will be fault free. If there is something wrong with the product or service you should report it to us and we will attempt to correct as soon as we reasonably can.
- Whilst all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of description, specifications and pricing there may be occasions where errors arise. In the event of a mistake you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer. The information displayed is considered as an invitation to treat not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods.
- Your access to our site may be restricted on occasions to allow for maintenance or updating. We will attempt to restore the service as soon as it reasonably can.
- Should you cease use of our site that shall not affect either party's rights or liabilities.
